Store Policy
We’re more than happy to answer questions, send additional photos, and sex geckos anytime! We accept offers, trades & offer discounts on multiple geckos.
All of our geckos eat Fig & Insect Pangea w/ extra BSFL powder as well as live Dubia Roaches.
We only accept Cashapp and Zelle as forms of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at our discretion without disclosing a reason. In such cases, the buyer will be promptly refunded in full.
Customers must be 18 years or older to make a purchase.
If we reach out to a customer to set up shipping and do not receive a response within 14 days, the sale will be considered void. No refund or credit will be issued in such cases.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for animals listed at $500 or more. The terms of the payment plan will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure an animal. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days of the original deposit, including shipping costs. We may or may not allow a buyer to transfer payments made on one animal to a different one if they change their mind. This will be at our discretion. If a buyer fails to pay in full within the 30-day period, the animal will be placed back on the market, and all payments, minus the 25% deposit, will be refunded to the buyer.
Shipping Timeline
Animals that are fully purchased by Monday will generally be shipped out by the following Tuesday or Wednesday. While we strive to ship in a timely manner, please note that as a small hobby operation, shipping delays of up to 14 days may occur. Feel free to contact us for information on our current shipping timeline. Please note that we do not ship animals from mid-November until mid-January due to holiday delays, unless it is determined safe on a case-by-case basis. This is to ensure the health and well-being of the animals.
Shipping Details
Customers in the states of WA and OR may be eligible for a lower shipping costs. Select listings may be eligible for a flat rate of $65. Animals will only be shipped if temperatures in Bellingham, Seattle, the destination facility, and major FedEx hubs remain between 37-88 degrees Fahrenheit. We will provide any necessary cold or heat packs, and we will hold animals until temperatures are safe for shipping. Animals will be shipped using MorphMarket/ Redline Shipping, a third-party company that works with FedEx. All live animals must be shipped overnight Tuesdays & Wednesdays to minimize delays and prevent animals from sitting at FedEx over the weekend. We will only ship to a nearby FedEx hub for the safety of the animal. Anything else, voids all DOA polices.
DOA Policy
Live arrival is guaranteed under certain conditions. The buyer must send us a photo update of the animal within 1 hour of picking up the package from a hub. The package must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival. In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), the buyer must send 3 clear photos of the animal's deceased body from different angles. We must be able to identify that this was our animal. Failure to contact us with appropriate photos will void our DOA policy. If these stipulations are met, we will refund the buyer the full cost of the animal, excluding the cost of shipping. We may require the animal's carcass to be sent back prior to issuing a refund.
Lost Packages/Delays
We do not offer any refunds or credits for lost or delayed packages. The DOA policy does not apply to delayed packages. MorphMarket & Redline Shipping provides extra insurance for lost/delayed packages for an additional small fee when the label is purchased. If interested in this feature, please let us know before your shipping label is created to insure proper insurance on your package. You may be asked to send the additional charge via Cashapp or Zelle.
Dropped Tails
No compensation will be given if an animal drops its tail during shipment. While this is rare, crested geckos that drop their tails remain healthy and retain their value.
Sexing/Coloration
Sex is only guaranteed for adult crested geckos. Words like "probable" or "likely" are not guarantees. We do our best to properly sex animals, but sometimes they can surprise us. Generally, if we see well-defined pores, we are fairly confident that the gecko will turn out to be male. Females, however, can be tricky as pores and bulges may not be noticeable until they reach 25+ grams. Regarding the stated colors of the animals, we try our best to present them accurately through photos taken in indirect sunlight, during overcast days, or using a lightbox. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen's display settings or ambient lighting. Additionally, juvenile animals may undergo drastic color changes between 8-25 grams, which can be exciting but may result in unexpected colors. Refunds will not be given due to buyer disappointment in the coloration of their animals.
Refunds
All sales are final, and no refunds will be given for any reasons other than those stated above.
