We guarantee the health of your reptile for 7 days after you receive it. However, this guarantee only applies if you have provided proper reptile species-specific care. It is expected you have researched proper reptile species-specific care and have an enclosure already set up correctly before the animal arrives. We will probably request photos of your animal’s home, as well as other animal care information before and during sales or if a health issue arises with the animal. If you have or have had other reptiles, it is important that you quarantine any new animal you purchase for at least 60 days. That means your new reptile should not share housing, food, feeding tubs, or bathing tubs with any other reptile until you are confident that you have no health concerns whatsoever with it. And that you should wash your hands with soap+water before and after handling or feeding your new reptile. Also this means that any used enclosure and habitat items should be properly decontaminated and made sterile before housing your new reptile.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are worried your animal does have a health issue or you have any other concerns. We want to help you solve any problems and working on it quickly is very important to this goal.
We ship using Reptiles2you through FedEx Priority Overnight. We guarantee your reptile will arrive alive, but only if it is delivered on the first attempt. You will need to pick up your reptile where it is safely held at the FedEx Shipping office in your tracking notification. You must notify us in advance if you won’t be able to pickup your reptile, at the FedEx office near you. In the extremely rare event of a delivery problem resulting in a deceased animal, you must contact us within 30 minutes of time stamp from your scanned pickup, and provide written details, as well as photos and/or videos of the shipping box and the animal, also within 30 minutes. You must not remove or dispose of the deceased animal or the original shipping and packaging materials until you have contacted us, we have received all necessary information, and we have said it is alright to do so. If the conditions above are not met, your guarantee is void and we will not be held responsible for replacing your animal or refunding your money. If we decide temperatures will be too hot or cold at any point of travel, we will not ship until it is safer for your reptile to travel. If there are major weather events, we reserve the right to refuse shipment until conditions improve.
We strive to provide accurate information as well as any defects like tail nips or other injuries. However, we do not guarantee color, appearance, gender, size, structure, or ability to breed. We will try provide the genetics or colors of the parents. We try to show our reptiles accurately in all our pictures. It is important to understand that some reptiles only look their best when they have been in optimal conditions, and are not feeling stressed, for a number of days or weeks. Many of our reptiles have a range of colors, shades and tones that they can display based on various factors, including heat and stress levels. So please ensure their cage is set up as well as possible, including checking for correct temperatures. If you have a glass cage, your bearded dragon may need 3 sides covered in paper before they begin to feel less stressed and look their best, due to their reflection.
All sales are final. If you cancel an order before the reptile is shipped, your purchase price will be applied to a future purchase. Under special circumstances, and solely at our discretion, an exchange or refund may be offered after you have received your reptile. Shipping charges will not be refunded, however, and the customer must ship the animal back at their own expense within 24 hours using the same shipping method. Reptiles that have not been quarantined properly upon arrival, as described above, are not eligible for returns.
Lucky Lizards Kingdom reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone, for any reason. The terms and conditions here are subject to change at any time, when we deem necessary.
