Store Policy
We accept credit/debit cards through Square invoicing, PayPal friends and Family, and Venmo.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyers failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed upon time frame will result in a forfeiture of their hold on the animal (animals) and any money sent. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis and in the form of store credit. Animals are not on hold or sold until the payment has been received. The first person to send payment is the "buyer".
Payment Plan:
Discounts are not given with any payment plan. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis. Animals over $500 can be set up and held with a non-refundable 25% deposit. We offer plans ranging from 30 to 60 days. Equal payments are required every 2 weeks through our automatic square invoicing software, or the animal will be relisted. For example, if you are buying a $1000 animal and need 30 day payment plan:
$250 upfront
$375 due in 14 days
$375 due in 28 days
Health, Sex, and Genetics Guarantees:
I double check gender before listing and again at shipping. Any discrepancies with the gender of your snake must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
All hatchlings produced by us with recessive traits (visual or hets) are guaranteed.
Theoretical ID:
All Co-Dom (incomplete dominant) genes are Theoretical ID's. We can't guarantee Co-Dom genetics because of their complexity and variability of multi-gene animals. However we do take pride in accurately identifying the animals to the best of our ability. Any questions about Co-Dom genes and pairing should be asked prior to purchasing.
All hatchlings are captive bred and produced by me unless listed as domestically produced. All hatchlings are in good health and fed at least 3 meals before being sold. If an animal is shown to be sick or injured upon delivery as proven by the buyer (with photo and video as needed) we will make arrangements with the buyer to return the animal with a full refund if requested. The claim period is 1 hour after delivery and the animal must be shipped back the next business day.
Shipping:
The buyer will pay actual shipping cost. Shipping rates vary from city to city and depend on the size/quantity of the animals purchased. Please contact us with your zip code for a quote. Domestic shipments are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight service delivered to your local hub. We do not ship until we speak with the customer to arrange a day and location to ship too. I ship Tuesday and Wednesday for Wednesday and Thursday delivery. I DO NOT ship Monday, Thursday or Friday. Please be present to receive your package. Any issues with the animal must be reported within 1 hour of delivery or 1 hour of the hub opening.
***Live animals are guaranteed/reimbursed in the form of store credit and is only applicable to animals shipped to a FedEx hub for pick-up. Ship your reptiles does not offer insurance for packages delivered to your home and we follow the same practice. Animals must be picked up 1 hour of delivery or hub opening time or else the live arrival guarantee is void. It is the buyers responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete shipping address to deliver the animal to, and the buyer must be available to receive the package upon delivery. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause delivery delays will void your live arrival guarantee. If animals are left at the hub for longer than 1 hour or longer than 1 hour after opening the live animal guarantee is void. We are not responsible for carrier delays or faults. Any DOA claim must be accompanied with proof of DOA video within 1 hour of receipt of delivery.
