Store Policy
Shipping:
Shipping is approximately $75.00 to $125.00 with insurance in the continental U.S. for priority overnight deliveries to the buyers nearest Fed Ex Hub. We only ship to your closest Fed Ex hub. Please message us for exact shipping cost. On orders over $1000.00 shipping is included in the price. We ship Monday through Wednesday priority overnight with weather and temperatures permitting. We also will only ship when our shipping company gives Mainstream Morphs the approval to ship. Package will arrive as the shipping company has instructed us to ship. We cannot Guarantee live arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 1 hour of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of a higher valued animal. Final shipping date is at the seller discrepancy due to temps and weather.

Health:
We guarantee Sex, Health, and genetics of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything wrong with the animal, please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival the seller assumes you are content with the animal, and we no longer take responsibility for the animal. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. All animals will come with an information card with their breeding, weight (at the time of shipping) and feeding schedule. We appreciate your business. When buying an animal from us, you are agreeing to our store policies.
