Live Arrival Guarantee:
All animals come with a live arrival guarantee. In the event of a DOA, a refund can be given on the price of the animal minus the shipping charge. Visual proof (photo and video) of a DOA will need to be sent to us within 1 hour of delivery, or the guarantee is void. We cannot guarantee the health of the animal after they have been in their new home, as we no longer control husbandry practices. We will not be responsible for the alleged or actual death or illness of other animals in your collection due to your failure to follow appropriate quarantine protocols. Be sure to look over your animal closely upon arrival. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. *If no one is available to sign for the animal the live guarantee is void and no refunds or replacements will be given. If you are picking up at a hub you need to be there to pick the animal up within 2 hours of arrival or the live guarantee is void as well and no refunds or replacements will be given.*
Returns:
We do not accept returns. We have a closed facility and take biosecurity and quarantine very seriously. This is how we can guarantee all animals that we own and sell are healthy. Once an animal becomes exposed to any outside influences we cannot break our quarantine and allow it back into our facility as this would put the rest of our collection at risk. Any animal that enters this facility has been quarantined for at least 4-6 months and undergoes extensive viral testing for the safety of our current animals- it is not feasible for us to take returns and have to go through that process because of a change of heart on the buyer's end.
Feeding:
All animals being sold are feeding regularly before we allow them to leave our care. A snake that is not feeding after purchase will not constitute a refund or replacement. I am always available to help with any questions you have with your new pet!
Shipping:
Shipping is FedEx priority overnight through SYR or Redline Shipping. Shipping is offered Monday-Wednesdays. Animals must be picked up at the nearest Fedex Ship Center. We are NOT shipping to residences at this time for the safety of our animals. We only ship between 35 and 90 degrees at our location and yours. *We will not ship without confirming a date and time of delivery with you first*
Payment:
We accept zelle or credit card payments through square invoicing. Cash is also an option if purchasing locally. Credit card transactions are subject to 3.5% processing fee. Payment must be received in full and deposited into our account before we can ship your animal to you. We offer payment plans on purchases of $500 or more. The buyer has 60 days from the beginning of a payment plan to pay the animal and shipping charge in full. If the buyer does not have their animal paid in full by the end of 60 days, 20% of the animal's sale price will be retained and the animal will be relisted for sale. There are some instances where the weather may not be appropriate to ship your animal to you right away after purchase. If this situation arises, and the buyer backs out of the deal while waiting for appropriate weather, 20% of the animal’s sale price will be retained to cover the cost of holding the animal for the buyer.

Wholesale Policy
Our standard TOS apply to all wholesale and retail orders. Wholesale pricing is only available on orders of 4 animals or more. Wholesale pricing is only available on animals that are marked as wholesale.
Shipping will not be discounted and will be calculated at the end of the order process once we know how many animals are going out and what size box will be needed for shipping.
