Store Policy

Payment Methods:
We accept payments through PayPal, and Square , Zelle or Venmo preferred

Payment Plans:
Typical arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-60 days depending on the value of the animal.

Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer’s failure (or choice to withdraw) to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in forfeit of their deposit, hold on the animal(s), and any money sent. If the buyer defaults on a payment, all money sent will be held as store credit.



Please note, if the buyer is unable to obtain the animal immediately (within 8 hours) after delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.

Health Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live on arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window, but within the first seven days of receipt, may be considered for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements at the seller’s discretion. MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
