Slytherdor Morphs was founded in 2020 with two best friends deciding our passion for snakes would become a hobby for us! We run our social media together, but sell our snakes separately. We are both vet techs with a passion for all animals and producing quality snakes. We have written a comprehensive hatchling ball python care guide that should be read by anyone who is buying their first hatchling/juvenile ball python from us. We are always free to answer ANY questions from our buyers.
Store Policy
Guarantee:
We promise you a healthy snake that is properly sexed, and of the morph identified to the best of our ability. Your snake will be free of mites and be eating well when they leave us (unless otherwise specified). Our health guarantee is good for 48 hours after receiving your snake, as proper husbandry on buyers part is the only way to maintain a healthy snake going forward. If your snake arrives DOA , buyer has 1 hour from time of FedEx time stamp of pickup, to contact seller with pictures of the same snake purchased as proof of DOA.
Payment:
We accept Zelle, PayPal friends and family, Cashapp and cash (if picking up in person). We are happy to offer payment plans for animals $300 and up.
30 day payment plans are the only one we offer currently. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your animal, you have 24 hours to pay your deposit after stating you want the animal, if the deposit is not received in the 24 hours, the animal will be made available again to the next person in line. If buyer decides to back out of the payment plan and no longer wants the animal, payment minus the deposit will be refunded. If after 30 days the buyer does not communicate with seller and does not pay the entire balance, whatever amount has been paid will not be refunded including the deposit.
Shipping:
We will ship only FedEx overnight to be held at the closest FedEx hub that receives live animals. If you request at home delivery we MIGHT make an exception but are not responsible for a DOA due to this. We will ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, and only if temperatures allow for safe arrival of snake. WE WILL ONLY SHIP IF ALL CONDITIONS ARE SAFE FOR OUR ANIMAL. No exceptions!
