Payments -
Payment methods that we accept are Zelle, Cash, Personal check, or cashier check. Payments must be paid in full before the animal/s will be shipped. Payment plans are accepted and will be formed on a case by case basis. **No Payment plans for auctions at this moment.**

Shipping -
Our ship days are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will only ship when weather permits. We won’t ship if it's below 40F or above 95F. Due to the amount of risks, we will not ship to the buyer's door. We will ship to a local fedex Hub instead. We ship through Redline Shipping.

Guarantee -
Sex and Hets are 100% guaranteed. We do our absolute best to Identify Dom and co-dom morphs in larger combos. If we are unsure, we’ll just list what we don’t know as a possibility. We’ll always send photos of parents, siblings, or offspring when requested. Pairings listed in ad descriptions if produced by us.

After pickup -
For a live arrival guarantee Buyer must pick up within 2 hours after drop off at the facility and update us within the first hour of receiving. If anything is askew, take photos and contact us immediately.

Auctions -
Communication -
~We will message the Winner/buyer asap once the auction has ended.
~When winning an Auction, the winner must make contact within 24 hours after the auction has ended. If no contact is made within 24 hours the sale will be terminated with the assumption that the Winner is backing out of transaction.

Payment -
~ Payments must be paid in full within 48 hours after the auction has ended otherwise the sale will be terminated.
~ We are currently NOT accepting payment plans for auction winners at this time.
