Store Policy

GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE:
We will not knowingly violate any laws, state or federal, when shipping or selling animals. Please know your own local laws. We also reserve the right to refuse sales for any reason.

All sales must be to individuals aged 18 years or older. Exceptions may be made for in person sales where a parent or guardian can provide authorization for the sale.

GUARANTEES:
Health, sex, and listed genetics are guaranteed unless otherwise noted prior to the closing of the sale. Your animal may possess genes not listed in the event it is too difficult to positively identify them. We will offer information pertaining to the parentage and any known offspring of the animal you purchase to aid you in your decision. If you receive a hatchling from a dinker project you will be made aware ahead of time that listed genetics may be our best guess. In the event they turn out to be different down the road, we will post updates on social media and attempt to contact owners of offspring to give them new information. In either case listed above, we cannot be held liable for differences in genetics when risk has been explained beforehand.

In the event of a dead on arrival animal, MetaMorph Reptiles LLC must be notified within 1 hour of delivery so that arrangements can be made for a refund or replacement. A picture of the deceased animal will be required to initiate the claim process.

PAYMENT:
I accept PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo. Cash is also accepted for local pick-up in the Ringgold, GA/Chattanooga, TN area. Other payment options, or trades, may be considered but must be agreed to by both parties before a sale, or exchange, can be completed. Payment plans may be negotiated on an individual basis for larger purchases at the discretion of MetaMorph Reptiles LLC. If a payment plan is negotiated, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required before the reptile is secured. Payments must be made on the agreed upon schedule. If two or more payments are missed, Metamorph Reptiles reserves the right to withdraw from the sale and offer to the next interested buyer. When a payment plan is in effect, reptiles will be shipped upon receipt of the final installment.

SHIPPING:
MetaMorph Reptiles offers shipping to the lower 48 states in the continental United States. International Shipping is not offered at this time. If you live within 2 hours of Chattanooga, we may be open to arranging an exchange rendezvous at gas cost.

We ship FedEx Priority overnight through “Ship Your Reptiles.” Shipping must be done Tuesday-Wednesday, to your nearest FedEx shipping center hub, as long as conditions are favorable and the temperature en-route is between 34 to 89 degrees Fahrenheit. Shipping ranges from $33 - $125 (domestic) depending on the weight of the package and distance shipped. It is possible to get a shipping estimate by going to https://www.shipyourreptiles.com. Once there, click on “get a free shipping quote” and use the ship from zip code of 37411 and your zip code.

Residential delivery is not generally offered. If you are too far from a ship center and require shipping to your residence or business, I cannot insure the shipment or guarantee live arrival due to the persistent labor and parts shortages at various FedEx hubs. FedEx has had too many late deliveries for ShipYourReptiles to guarantee residential/business deliveries.

Animals shipped to a FedEx staffed shipping center must be picked up within 2 hours of availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. In addition, the customer must notify MetaMorph Reptiles LLC of the status of the received animal within 1 hour of pickup time, via email or text (Listed below in the contact section), to ensure validity of guarantees.

Metamorph Reptiles is not responsible for carrier delays. On-time and Live Arrival Insurance claims are handled through Ship Your Reptiles and must adhere to their standards to be valid.
