USA Shipping
We ship overnight via FedEx for hub pickup within the contiguous USA on Tuesdays for Wednesday delivery.
Shipping supplies such as box, container, insulation, hot packs, and cold packs are included in the shipping cost.
You must be present at the delivery location to receive the package.
Canada Shipping
Available through Reptiles Express.
Live arrival/health guarantee and free shipping are not valid on exports.
Buyer pays shipping costs.
Overseas Exports
Exporting on a case by case basis. Method Noir Exotics LLC's health responsibility ends once the animal is delivered to USA exporting location. We cannot be responsible for handling after that point.
Weather
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment due to weather, the animal’s safety is top priority. Some might ship in cooler/warmer temperatures, but because of mechanical and human error we are not willing to take the chance of multi-day delays with heat/cool packs running out.
Once payment is received in full, weather/temperature holds are acceptable if the sending or receiving weather is not within a healthy range for the animal.
USA Live Arrival Guarantee
Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy as long as:
– Shipping temperatures over the duration of the shipment are within a safe range.
– Hub delivery.
– Accurate shipping address provided.
– We are contacted within 30 minutes of receiving the shipment with the status of the animal/photo.
– In the event of a DOA - all above requirements must be met, no exceptions, and we must be contacted immediately to proceed. A vet necropsy can be required to determine cause of death.
– Once you receive the animal past the 30 minutes of delivery/pickup, it is your responsibility to provide proper care. We are not responsible for improper temperatures, over/mishandling, improper caging. The animals thrived in our care, photos and video provided before purchase of healthy condition of animals.
*While it is unlikely the animal will drop a tail during shipping, we are not responsible for dropped tails over the course of the shipment.
Payment Plans
Animals on hold with non-refundable down payments and failure to pay invoices when they are due will go back on the market. Down payments are non-transferable. All payments are non-refundable.
We offer 30 day payment plans on geckos over $500. To utilize a 30 day payment plan the following terms must be met:
– 50% non-refundable down payment to place the animal on hold.
– 30 days after down payment to complete payment in full.
We offer a 2 month payment plan on visual axanthics. To utilize a 1-2 month payment plan the following terms must be met:
– $5000 non-refundable down payment to place the animal on hold.
– 1-60 days after down payment to complete payment in full.
General Information
Due to the many variables of different monitor brightness and contrast setups, gecko colors are not guaranteed.
Hatching sex is not guaranteed unless stated male or female.
