About
Alchemy Exotics started in October 2021 as small hobby breeder of corn snakes and crested geckos. By 2022 we expanded to breed many different morphs of corn snakes, crested geckos and cave geckos. While we have many morphs available that we love, we love to try for different morphs each year and are expanding our breeding projects to include more Palmetto morphs, Xanthic Snow, Lavender, Pied Side projects in the future!
Store Policy
Our Guarantee - We guarantee live arrival on all animals as long as the buyer replies to us within one hour of pick up communicating the animal had a demise. Animals that arrive as DOAs (Dead on Arrival) will be given the option for a replacement animal of equal value. We try our best to accurately sex animals to the best of our abilities, but do not guarantee the sex of any animal unless explicitly stated. Otherwise, no refunds or cancellation of sale unless the animal is DOA (see below).
Arrival - Any health issues or DOAs must be reported to us within 1 hour of Fed-Ex stated arrival (This is noted on Fed-Ex tracking), with pictures and video.
Payment - Payments are made via Square invoice sent to your email. Through the invoice you can pay by credit or debit card, after pay, cash - app and bank transfers (a check online). Deposits are non-refundable unless the animal expires before shipping (which has never happened) which in that case a replacement will be offered. For After-Pay your sale is subject to a 6% fee. On your invoice you will see KY and a fee. This is sales tax and non-negotiable.
Payment Plans
30-day payment plans
Subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit of final total is to be made and the remainder is to be paid in 30 days. At the end of 30 days, the snake is no longer on hold, and you forfeit the deposit and payments.
Longer payment plans may be made at the discretion of the seller and mutually agreed upon. These plans are reserved for higher priced animals or multiple animals. These plans will be subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit of the final total. Payments must be made incrementally over the life of the payment plan and good communication must be maintained between buyer and seller. Total amount of the payments must be paid within the agreed upon number of days. At the end of that time frame, regardless deposit and payment status, the snake(s) is/are no longer on hold and you forfeit the deposit (s)/ payment(s) if you do not uphold the agreement made for the payment plan.
Please also keep in mind payment plans sometimes will push shipping to outside a safe window for an animal to be shipped (see our notes on shipping). We will only ship if safe to do so for the animal and will ship at the next possible safest time to do so. Cancelling a sale because you are temporarily outside of a safe shipping window due to a payment plan that was mutually agreed upon (30 + day plans) will result in forfeit of the deposit for the payment plan and a store credit.
Shipping - Animals will be shipped overnight via Fed-Ex to Fed-Ex hub weather permitting. We do not ship in weather conditions that are below 30 degrees F or warmer than 98 degrees F. This is subject to what our animals would require. —Snakes and geckos do not have the same temperature requirements for shipping as geckos can’t tolerate temperatures that’s snake would. Geckos can ship April- October. We use heat packs and cold packs to regulate temperatures in our boxes. Our ship dates are typically Monday for a Tuesday pick up/ Tuesday for a Wednesday pick up/ Wednesday for a Thursday pick up. We do not ship on Thursdays/ Fridays/ weekends or during significant holidays or if we are notified of potential Fed-Ex delays where we need to wait for the go ahead to ship (i.e. if the animal would be traveling through or to a natural disaster area, significant weather, etc.). We will follow the recommendations of the shipping company for the safety of the animal(s), no exceptions.

Wholesale Policy
Wholesale pricing is available for minimum of 4 animals. Buyer pays Shipping costs. (We can ship up to 4 animals in a box without shipping prices going up. if you want more than 4 animals, please inquire for shipping prices with your zip code and we will help you figure out shipping costs). All other terms of the sale are subject to the regular sales terms for our store as listed on morph market.
