Store Policy
Shipping: We only ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shipping is calculated depending on weight of animal. FEDEX HUB Pickup is strongly preferred. Shipping to your front door is available but at your own risk.
Payment: We accept PayPal friends & family, Venmo, cash, or cashier's check.
Payment Plans: Short term (30 - 60 days) payment plans may be available depending on price of animal and with 25% down payment, message to arrange. Min $500 to qualify for payment plans. Down payment is non-refundable.
Refunds/ Store Credit: We stand behind the health of every animal we ship out. If the animal is DOA, we will contact our insurance and make a claim. Supporting documentation from you showing the animal coming out of the box deceased will be required. It is strongly recommended to take an unboxing video and pictures of the animal when it arrives. If a claim of an animal passing within the first 7 days arises, we will require evidence of husbandry and possibly even a necropsy.
All sales are final unless covered above.
We cannot sell or ship reticulated pythons to New York, Florida, Iowa, Maine, Montana, or Alabama. Permits are required for some states. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone.
