Store Policy
All sales final.
No geckos will be put on “Hold” without a deposit.
Auction Payments are due within 24hrs of ending.
Auctions are USA only
Payment is due before animals are shipped. A nonrefundable 25% deposit can be placed to hold an animal for up to 30 days. Geckos are only considered to be “On Hold” once deposit is received. If unable to pay the balance the gecko will be made available again and deposit will be forfeited. Shipping days vary based on weather.
We will always contact you a minimum of 24hrs before we plan to ship.
Someone must be home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. You must contact us within 30minutes of receiving your gecko for live arrival guarantee to apply. If picking up at your local FedEx hub, you must contact us within 30 minutes of the picked up stamp time. Animals must be picked up within 5 hours of arrival time at hub. Or all guarantees are void.
