Store Policy
Accepted Payments: Cash, Credit, Debit, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal friends and family only.
* Payment Plans: 30 day payment plans accepted with 25% non-refundable deposit. Weekly or Bi-weekly payments if one is missed with no contact the sale will be voided.
* Failure to make your payments upon our agreement dates. The deposits and or payments that have already been paid will fall on the buyer and the sale will be terminated with NO money issued back.
* All shipping is based on the zip code and isn't included in the price listed.
Once you've received the gecko you will have 45 minutes to contact me and let me know that everything is okay. After 45 minutes and there hasn't been any contact. You are 100% responsible for the gecko and NO refund will be issued if there was an issue with transit. There is a 4 day health guarantee on all geckos - they are free of mites and other health related issues.
A dropped tail on a crested gecko does not mean a refund will be issued because it doesn't effect the geckos value.
* Shipping: Animals are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight through Redline Shipping. I will only ship hub to hub, unless prior arrangements are made and ensure the animals safety. I will not ship during extreme weather or holiday seasons.
Once you have received the gecko send me a photo for confirmation of the geckos arrival, this is a MUST.
** Geckos under 15 grams are not 100% guaranteed on their sex.**
* Please reach out for any additional information on the geckos.
They will be eating good and making BM's before I ship them out and they are guaranteed to be healthy. Crested geckos all eat Repashy, and they love crickets.
