Store Policy
Accepted forms of payment are Zelle, PayPal goods and services, Venmo and cash for local pickup. Zelle is preferable. For PayPal and Venmo, buyer pays transfer fees.
Live on arrival guarantee is only available for orders shipped to a FedEx hub with OVERNIGHT shipping. FRR for orders shipped to a FedEx hub with overnight shipping in the case that the buyer picks up the delivery from the hub within a reasonable amount of time, and the spider is not alive. Photos right away, within one hour of pickup are required as proof of DOA. LAG is not available to any home or business address except to the FedEx hub.
In the case of DOA for LAG, buyer is responsible to pay the shipping cost to ship a new spider which will be offered in place of the spider who passed.
In the case of DOA to a home address and/or with 2 day shipping, please reach out and we will work something out for you, so that you do get a happy, healthy spood.
So far, I've never had a DOA. But things do happen and dealing with shipping live animals does involve a small level of risk since FedEx is responsible for a package once it is left at the hub. Handling from that point is out of my control. But again, I've shipping nearly 100 times and have never lost a spood. They've arrived happy and healthy so far. 😊
All spiders will be shipped FedEx, with Redline Shipping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to mitigate any risks of delayed packages that are more likely on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Shipping will not take place to any buyer in temperatures below 40° and above 100° for the safety of the spider. In the case of lower temperatures, I may not offer 2 day shipping and the spider will need to be overnighted. I will check weather conditions and will contact the buyer if for any reason the weather conditions do not allow for shipment to coordinate later shipping dates.
The spider you receive will be the spider in the photo of the listing that you purchased the spider from.
