Store Policy
Our Guarantee Policies:
Properly Sexed Guarantee-
All of our animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed. In the event an animal has been incorrectly sexed, we’d be glad to provide a replacement. Upon arriving alive and healthy back at our facility and being proved incorrectly sexed, the replacement animal will be sent at our cost.
If an acceptable replacement is not available at that time, a full refund will be issued or a store credit can be issued onto the customers account to purchase another animal at any time.
Genetic Guarantee-
All of our animals are sourced from reliable breeders producing the highest quality animals.
We have a 100% guarantee for all of our recessive projects. All visuals and 100% Hets are guaranteed to prove out; 66% Hets and 50% Hets state the probability of that animal being heterozygous for the recessive gene.
Co-Dom/Dom morphs are represented honestly and to the best of our ability.
Due to the increasing complexity of the genetic projects we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy in our Co-Doms. However, if we aren’t confident an animal possesses a specific gene they will be labeled as ‘Possible X Gene’ and sold at a price that reflects as such.
Animal Health Guarantee-
Any animal that’s ready to leave our facility is guaranteed to be healthy with proper body weight, showing no signs of physical illness and is eating consistently (unless otherwise agreed upon).
All of our shipping is done through FedEx Overnight Priority through Reptile Express and have an Alive Arrival guarantee.
Once an animal leaves our facility, we have no control over the care the customers offer, or fail to provide for the animals which means we cannot place a long term guarantee on our animals.
If we don’t hear from the customer after the animal has arrived we will consider the transaction completed.
We must be notified immediately upon arrival if there appears to be an issue with your new animal, any issues that occur after that will be handled on an individual basis.
It is the customer's responsibility to be present to receive the animal, or have someone designated to receive the package. If the customer is not present to receive their animal or there are delays in delivery the alive arrival in null and void.
If the animal is scheduled for delivery to a local hub, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the animal promptly.
The Alive Arrival guarantee is void on any packages that are not picked up within 3 hours of being available for pickup at the hub.
Most animals will be accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which includes their ID# , a photo and their genetic background.
If properly cared for, our animals will acclimate beautifully into any new home.
PAYMENT PLANS
We gladly offer short term payment plans at MORE if you’re unable to pay in full immediately.
All payment plans require an industry standard 25% non-refundable deposit.
We will not hold animals without a deposit.
The typical payment plans are as follows:
*Orders up to $499 = Standard deposit with the balance paid off by the end of 14 days.
*Orders of $500-$750 = Standard deposit with the balance paid off in 30 days.
The remaining balance will be split into two (2) equal payments starting after the initial deposit is received. The first payment is due 15 days after the deposit with the remainder to be paid off by the 30-day mark.
*Orders of $751-$1000 = Standard deposit and the balance paid off in 45 days.
The remaining balance will be split into three (3) equal payments starting after the initial deposit is received. The first payment is due 15 days after the deposit, the second due by the 30-day mark and the remainder is to be paid off by the 45-day mark
*Orders over $1000 = Standard deposit and the balance paid off in 60 days.
The remaining balance will be split into four (4) equal payments starting after the initial deposit is received. The first payment is due 15 days after the deposit, the second due by the 30-day mark, third due by the 45-day mark, and the remainder is to be paid off by the 60-day mark.
Animals that are purchased via payment plan will be available after the balance has been paid in full.
The predetermined payment schedule will be agreed upon by both parties prior to the deposit.
Failure to comply with the payment schedule will result in a loss of the 25% non-refundable deposit and any additional credit will stay on the customer account and may be applied to future purchases.
Any variations to the predetermined payment plans will be handled on a case-by-case basis so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to further discuss payment plan options.
Please note, no refunds on money collected throughout a payment will be issued. However, we will gladly extend any remaining funds on your account towards any animal we currently have for sale, or on any further discuss payment plan options.
