About
Moreno Ball Pythons was created after my wife and I turned our love for our pet ball pythons into breeding them to create beautiful and healthy morphs. This is a hobby that our entire family enjoys, we are fascinated with the all the different genes and the morphs that they create. We are only producing a limited amount of clutches each year so we have the time to ensure our reptiles receive proper care.

Store Policy
SHIPPING:
Currently, we only ship to the US lower 48 states. We ship out to your local FedEx hub on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at this time. Shipping will only be done when both departure and arrival locations have safe temperatures for the snake. Shipping costs are calculated using your zip code unless a different shipping price or free shipping is listed for a particular post.
REFUNDS:
All sales are final unless:
1. The reptile is DOA . This is very rare but in this case we require a video and photos of the snake within one hour of pick up. The snake must be picked up from your FedEx hub the day of arrival or the above policy is voided.
2. If the snake presents health issues within 7 days of pick up you must contact us immediately with video proof. If the snake does seem to have any health issues it was not known at time of shipment, we guarantee to only ship healthy reptiles. Refunds will be given only when the reptile is received back to our facility at the buyer's expense. If the reptile develops health issues after 7 days there are no refunds. We know how well we care for our reptiles but cannot guarantee how they are cared for after they leave our facility.
PAYMENT/ PAYMENT PLANS:
We take payment through PayPal/Venmo/Square. Preferably we send an invoice to you from Square or Paypal. Payment plans are offered for reptiles with a price of $500 or above. 20% of the price must be put down to put the animal on hold. The terms of the plan will be an agreement between the seller and buyer. There are no refunds for payment plans, if you decide you no longer want the snake or to make payments you can use the amount paid towards a different animal if desired.
GENETICS/SEX
Sex of reptile is guaranteed for three days after receiving your animal. If the sex is different from the animal you purchased a refund will be issued when the reptile is sent back to us at the expense of the buyer. Genetics are described to the best of our knowledge.
