Payment plans available with a non-refundable deposit of atleast 25% and payable within 30 days (or more depending on the price of the animal.)
All Sales/Payments are final.
Payments done through card may be charged an additional 3% processing fee.
AFTERPAY Financing is available for those eligible. (A 6% fee will be charged unless full price is paid)
Live arrival guaranteed (unless proper instructions for delivery of the animal are not followed by the buyer.)
During the winter, we will only ship once we feel comfortable enough to ensure the animals safety, which is our number one priority. (Minimum temperatures must be at least 35 degrees)
Refunds will not be given due to having to wait for safe weather as that is out of my control.
Due to the complexity of the genes that we work with, genetics are not always guaranteed. Each animals ID is done to the best of our ability. But with certain genes, it can be very difficult to identify all of them. All recessives and hets are guaranteed.
