We specialize in high quality ball pythons for your next pet or addition to your collection. Ask any questions you would like and we will be happy to answer!
Store Policy
We guarantee that all animals purchased from us are healthy and correctly sexed. It is buyers responsibility to confirm sex within 24 hours of delivery. The live animal guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information.
Payments and Payment Plans: We accept PayPal, Venmo, and most major Credit Cards for payments and willing to do payment plans on a case by case basis. All payment plans must be fulfilled within 45 days of deposit unless otherwise agreed upon. All payment plans that are not fulfilled in the agreed upon time frame will result in the deposit being forfeited and animal going back up for sale. All deposits are non refundable with no exceptions. We do require a minimum non refundable deposit of 20% down to start a payment plan. If a full deposit is not received within 24 hours of the agreed upon payment plan, the animal will remain up for sale. Auctions are not eligible for payments plans and must be paid in full within 24 hours of auction ending.
Shipping: We ship anywhere within the continental United States using FedEx priority overnight shipping to your nearest FedEx Hub for pickup. We do not ship directly to customer homes for the safety of the animals. We guarantee gender and live animal guarantee as long as you are there to pickup the animal timely (within 2 hours of hub opening). In the event of a DOA, the animal must be preserved and we reserve the right to request video proof or the animal shipped back before issuing a refund or shipping a replacement animal. Shipping is done on Monday through Wednesday only and temperatures must be between 40 and 90 degrees. Weather will be checked in your area prior to shipping to ensure animal safety as this is a top priority for us.
We do our best to guarantee genetics, but with some complex projects it can be difficult to have 100% certainty on genes.
