Store Policy
At Morphulator Exoticz, LLC, our objective is to ALWAYS provide UNMATCHED CUSTOMER SERVICE with your interactions with us and the animal(s) you receive!
* We guarantee our animals to be healthy and properly sexed. We must be notified of any problems with your animal within 24 hours of receipt.
* Some genes are straightforward to ID while others are not. We do our absolute best to identify the morphs in each animal based on our experience. Recessives and 100% het recessives are always guaranteed. For dominant/incomplete dominant morphs, we do our best to identify what we see. But given the complexity of morph presentations, we can not guarantee those dominant / incomplete dominant morphs.
* We accept payments via Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal.
* All animals are packaged for safe, live delivery via Fed-Ex next day delivery. For packages shipped to the your home, someone must be home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. For packages shipped to a Fed-Ex hub, someone must pickup the package within 4 hours of arrival at the hub. I need you to make sure the shipping information is accurate, so please double-check the shipping information you provide me. Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to Fed-Ex at time of receipt.
* For the safety of the animal, we only ship when temperatures fall within the ranges deemed safe by ShipYourReptiles. We will check the weather in our area and in your area to determine the best time to ship your package. I will coordinate timing with you to select a mutually agreeable time to ship.
* We package our reptiles with a heat pack or no heat pack based on the weather. Too much heat is as dangerous to ball pythons in shipping as too much cold, so we package with or without heat packs based on ShipYourReptiles guidelines for the current temperatures.
Please note : We price all of our animals at what we believe to be a fair market value . Please take that into consideration before reaching out.

•All Shipping within the US will include Animal Insurance.
•All Purchases Over 1,000$ will Include free Shipping.
•All Purchases Under 1,000$ will have a flat shipping/handling fee of 75$

•If you have any concerns or issues regarding your Animal , you must notify us within 3 hours of your Animals arrival.

Morphulator Exoticz LLC guarantees the health of the animal you receive to the best of our knowledge. A 14-day healthy guarantee is provided. However, it is crucial to recognize that live animals may experience stress during shipping or relocation to a new environment. If concerns arise regarding your animal's health during this period, please contact us promptly via phone at 1-877-294-2840 or email at support@morphexllc.com. Timely communication is vital to the animal's health. Please do not contact us after exhausting all other avenues or once the animal has deceased or is beyond saving. I am committed to providing assistance in any situation to ensure the animal's smooth transition to its new home. It is assumed that you have conducted thorough research and have a proper setup in place before receiving your animal. Improper care or setup will void the guarantee. I reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.
