We are a family oriented hobby breeder in Northwestern Wisconsin. We have been keeping ball pythons for several years and have decided to take our love for these amazing animals toward producing our favorite combinations. Store Policy
General Policy:
We will need proof of ID and validation of age upon purchase. You must be 18 years of age in order to purchase our animals. We do our best to present each animal accurately. When you view animals for sale from Morph Forge you are looking at the exact animal you will receive. If you have any questions or concerns please clarify them prior to making any payment. Payments are non-refundable. Every animal will be shipped with documentation containing complete history (birth, gender, genetics, and lineage) along with our own husbandry records. Ball pythons are getting complicated with multiple gene animals (4,5 and more) and identifying those genes can be a bit difficult in some cases. We do our best to be accurate and consult other experts when we are unsure. If we have doubts we will use "possible" in our descriptions so you are aware what may be in that animal.
Payment:
We accept multiple forms of payment including Credit Cards, Paypal, Check (upon clearing deposit), and direct or wire transfer.
Payment Plans:
Payment Terms (only applicable on $600 + Orders)
*We offer payment plans for animals priced $600 or more. To arrange a payment plan please contact us via email at Sales@Morphforge.com
*Shipping will only be done after Payment plan is completed.
*We require a minimum of 25% down to reserve animal. We will allow up to 60 days to complete full payment on any payment plan. We will hold and care for that animal for the agreed time period. All payments applied during the plan will be Non-Refundable. If you start into a payment plan, please be sure you can complete the agreed payments as there are no exceptions to the refund policy.
*Payment plans must be completed within 60 days. We will work with you to accept payments throughout that period. They can be invoiced to show each payment is applied toward your final cost. Just let us know what will work best and we will try to set up your invoicing to match.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you Live, in good condition and correctly sexed. This is contingent upon a signed delivery and 4 hour time window for you to notify us of any issues. Please take multiple photographs of the animal at arrival for your records and ours. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or your animal was DOA we will work with you for a replacement animal or credit toward another in our inventory.
Shipping: -- We ship Monday through Wednesday and the cost is calculated on each animal overnight to your closest Fedex Hub. We do not currently offer international shipping. Timing and arrangements will be discussed at the time of purchase and will always be done at our discretion. We will ship during good weather conditions and with the highest regard for animal safety in mind. *Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
