Full payment due at purchase. We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays if the weather permits. Live on arrival guarantee, unless a voidable action is committed. This includes but is not limited to; late pickup from a FedEx location or if you return or stop the shipping process for any reason. No refunds will be given if a voidable action has occurred. If no voidable action has occurred and your reptile arrives dead, take a picture of it and send it to us immediately, then a full refund will be given. If you purchase multiple snakes at once a discount can be discussed. We look forward to helping you.
