Cheers! We are Jason and Julia Bigler, owners and breeders of Morph Mixology Reptiles. We are a small boutique basement breeder specializing in quality designer ball python morphs. Our current focus is on piebald, clown, and scaleless head combos, but we are always exploring new recipes. We look forward to sharing a toast with you!
Store Policy
Payment Plans -
Payment Plans available on a case by case basis. Generally speaking, we require 25% nonrefundable deposit on all payment plans and 2 weeks for balance on sales $500-$1000, 30 days on sales over $1000. Typically payment plans are not available on purchases under $500. If the balance is not paid by the agreed date, buyer will be notified and have one final 24hr period to pay or the deposit will be forfeited and the animal(s) relisted.
Payment -
Unless specifically discussed prior, all payments will be made through QuickBooks invoices. This is to maintain complete transparency in bookkeeping, especially during payment plans. Once a price, and payment plan if applicable, are agreed on, an invoice will be generated and sent to your provided email address. QuickBooks invoices can be fulfilled a variety of ways, including credit cards, PayPal, etc. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
Shipping -
Shipping is standard flat rate $70 for one box. Larger or multiple boxes, including for adults, will be charged beyond the flat rate. We offer free shipping on total orders over $1000. In most cases, we ship overnight on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when temps are between 95 and 40 at all stops along the route. With rare exceptions, we only ship to the nearest FedEx hub for hold. It is always safest to hold at a Fed Ex hub for pick up if one is convenient to you. This prevents the animals riding around in the truck all day in non-temperature controlled environments. If you wish to have your purchase sent to your residence, or a hub is not reasonably local to you, please email us about this beforehand and we'll address it on a case-by-case basis. Other than hub delivery is NOT guaranteed.
Local pickup is an option as well for those in the Billings MT area.
Warranty-
Snakes are guaranteed live arrival. If an issue is discovered, you must notify Morph Mixology WITHIN 2 HOURS of receipt of the animal with pictures and description of the issue. DOAs, while highly uncommon, do happen and in the event of one we will work with you to the best of our ability to remedy the situation. We ARE NOT responsible for the condition of your snake after the initial 48 hours of ownership when your setup conditions are sub-par. If you would like guidance on appropriate setup, please feel free to message us.

To activate wholesale price, purchase of 5 or more animals is required. Payment in full only. Does not include shipping.
