About
I have been keeping reptiles off and on for much of my life. Joe's Balls was started back in the early 2000s but I took an extended time off from Ball Pythons. Recently my daughter showed interest and the bug got me once again! We work mostly with Clowns and hope to continue adding more and more awesome combos to our collection. Recently to better reflect our family involvement we have rebranded to Morph Wizards!
Store Policy
Genetics, Health, Gender
• Morph Wizards guarantees that all our snakes are 100% correctly sexed. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately.
• All animals sold by us are guaranteed to be eating exactly as described at the time of sale. We will not sell any animals that are not eating well and thriving.
• Because of the increasingly complex interactions of genes, even with our experience we can't 100% guarantee accuracy on incomplete dominant genes in our animals. (Recessive/Het are always fully guaranteed).
• All animals are guaranteed at the time of sale to be healthy. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the animal if there is an issue. We cannot guarantee health of the animal once in your care as we no longer have control of the environment they are kept in.
Shipping
• All snakes packed with shipping materials specifically designed to ensure the safe arrival of your new animal. Heat or cold packs are used if appropriate.
• We do not ship in extreme conditions and will not ship when temperatures are below 40° or above 90° for the safety of the snake.
• Due to ongoing FedEx staffing issues we currently require hub-to-hub shipping for the safety of the animals.
• We guarantee live and healthy delivery of all animals, but the shipment needs to be received in person and receipt acknowledged within 2 hours either by email, text or phone. We have never had a snake die during delivery but in the highly unlikely event this does happen, please do not freeze or dispose of the snake but contact us immediately.
• We ship Tuesday or Wednesday, this ensures that if there is an unexpected delay with delivery, the animals don’t spend the weekend at the courier company’s shipping depot.
• Free shipping to anywhere in continental US is free of charge for all orders over $1000. Shipping at cost for all other orders unless otherwise noted. Please contact for details.
• In order to be environmentally conscious, we will reuse shipping materials if they are deemed safe to reuse. If you require a brand new box, please contact us.
Payment and Payment Plans
• We are able to accept many forms of payment including cash, check, money order, PayPal (friends and family), Venmo, Zelle, Square, as well as various Crypto.
• Short-term payment plans (typically up to 3 months) are available with a 20% nonrefundable deposit for purchases over $500. While you are paying off the balance of the payment plan, we will continue to feed and care for your Ball Python to the highest standard and treat it like we do all our own Ball Pythons. All sales and payment plans are not refundable. Please contact us to discuss a payment plan if needed. Shipping/delivery arrangements will be made when the outstanding balance is paid in full.
• Due to increased scammers on Morph Market, we reserve the right to ask for a copy of a valid State ID/Driver’s license for purchases to verify identities.
General
• We cannot sell to persons under the age of 18 without the written consent of a parent or guardian.
• Verifying the legality of owning a Ball Python in your city, state or country is the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot independently verify all local laws and ordinances.
• Morph Wizards reserves the right to decline a sale for any reason.
