It is important when doing a payment plan or when you put down a deposit that we do stay in contact. Throughout payment plans I do like to stay in contact, give feedback on development, pictures, ect. If it is time to make a payment or close to the shipping day and we lose contact for longer than a 7 days, or you are 7 days late with your payment, it will be assumed that you have backed out of the purchase. At that time we will refund all but the 30% non-refundable deposit and the animal will be re-listed. So if there is an emergency in which you will be out of contact for "X" amount of days, or will be gone for a vacation, please do relay this information to us so that we can take this into consideration for slow response time.
Refunds: We do not do refunds in instances outside of our LAG agreement. If you back out of a sale, you are NOT eligible for a full refund, remember this is what the non refundable deposit is for. Refunding of a sale due to an emergency is at our discretion, and again the deposit is non refundable. In the case of closed shipping windows, we do not refund at all due to the impatience of wanting to receive your animal. The animal's health is our top priority, and we get very cold in the winter, and quite hot in the summer.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or any other delivery issues, including DOA due to carrier delays, however we will work with you to keep you informed and help locate any "MIA" shipments.

1. Shipping temperature is within 45-80 degrees for both the sending and receiving location's estimated high and low for that day. We also base this around the main HUB temps to make sure that if your gecko is delayed in shipping it will still be safe temps. We reserve the right to postpone shipping at anytime to guarantee the geckos safety.
2. Shipment is shipped directly to the hub for pickup
3. Notification via email, phone call, or text message/private message (preferred method) within 1 hour of the geckos arrival, this includes hub pick ups
4. Proof of DOA, picture of animal and unboxing video (before the box is opened)
5. On time arrival (no carrier delays)
If all 5 criteria are met you will be given full STORE CREDIT back to use to purchase another animal from my available stock.
the gecko(s) will still need to be picked up & notification made to us within one hour of delivery to the hub. If you cannot pick up within the 1 hour span please notify us prior to shipping so we can pack accordingly.
I will only be shipping geckos to FedEx hubs for pick up. This is a safety measure for the gecko. I do not like geckos sitting outside of houses or possibly getting sent to wrong addresses. The hub location is temperature controlled so this saves the gecko from more stress being in a FedEx truck for longer and also less hands that need to be involved for delivering to you. The FedEx hubs require ID checking as well so please make sure the name you give matches the name of whomever is picking up.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you decide to return the animal and we have agreed to accept it you are responsible for shipping the animal back to us including providing the shipping label.

From now on we will only be accepting payments via Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp.
•We ship only when the weather is between 45 the lowest and 80 degrees the highest. We ship with Redline Shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight.
•We offer winter/summer holds and ship when the appropriate weather is available. We will keep you updated on your animal once a month.
If you pay in full there will be a 25% non-refundable deduction if you decide to cancel for whatever reason or abandon your gecko.
PAYMENT PLANS (any deposit placed on and animal will be non-refundable) -
30 day payment plans require a 30% non- refundable deposit and are available for geckos priced between $450-$650
60 day payment plans require a 30% non- refundable deposit and are available for geckos priced between $700-$1.1k
90 day payment plans require a 30% non- refundable deposit and are available for geckos priced between $1.2-$1.8k
IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR BALANCE BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT PLAN ENDS YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $25 A WEEK FOR EVERY WEEK PAST THE 30 DAYS! To avoid this late fee if you feel you will not be able to pay before your plan ends you must reach out and discuss this with us 2 weeks prior to the final day of your plan.
