For buyer protection, all communications must be made via Morph market.
All our royal pythons will be represented honestly, with accurate photos to the best of our ability.
All Royal Pythons will be sold as established feeders meeting two requirements.
1, they reach 125g minimum.
2 They have 5 consecutive, successful strike feeds on appropriately sized F/T rats.
If you would rather, we feed ASF please make this known to us on initial inquiry. All our animals are fed as if they are staying, we do not and will not maintenance feed. We will provide accurate records on the weight, feeding, and shedding of all our hatchlings till six months old hatchlings through to juveniles will be fed every five days then we will switch to every seven days (normally between 300g to 500g)
You are here as a hobbyist breeder, so you understand genetics. We hope ;) so you will understand the following policy.
We will guarantee the sex/gender of a snake for 7 days from the collection or delivery date. As a hobbyist buyer, there is a level of responsibility that must be taken - that is to ensure you have thoroughly examined your animal.
We do not guarantee the sex/gender of any immature geckos we will provide in the listing incubation temperatures.
When a mistake on sexing an animal has been reported via Morph Market within 7 days, we will work with the buyer to rectify the situation.
We do not guarantee dominant or incomplete dominant genes due to the complexity of interactions between them. All animals will be theoretically identified to the best of our ability, it is the seller’s responsibility to question the presence or absence of a gene before agreeing to purchase an animal.
we will guarantee all heterozygous genes that we produce from a visual recessive. If we move on a purchased heterozygous animal we bought in, unless proven we will not guarantee these animals, the seller will make this known during initial inquiries from the buyer.
We will guarantee the health of all, of our animals for 45 days, this excludes failing to thrive or temperament. All health concerns must be reported to us via Morph Market as soon as a concern is present and within 45 days. We will work with buyers on an individual basis to rectify all concerns raised within 45 days.
We are happy to courier animals at the buyers’ expense unless otherwise stated. We will not be held liable for courier delays. That is a contract between you and the courier company
If you use our courier of choice (Wild Racks) we will uphold all guarantees above.
If you choose to use a different courier, we will not take responsibility for the animal once has left us, and all guarantees will not be upheld.
We require a £50 or 25% (whichever is greater) deposit to place any animal on hold which is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid off in pre-agreed instalments or 48 hours before collection.
payments plans are available on request and will be discussed on an individual basis.
once agreed these are binding, failing to meet any agreed dates or amounts, will give me the right to cancel the sale, any monies will only be refunded after the relisting and sale of the animal minus the deposit and the feeding and housing cost.
Any Items we have not covered or amended above can be seen via Morph Market's default store policy.
I consider my reputation no matter how small to be worth more than the cost of any animal and will endeavour to rectify any issues that may arise; however, all issues must be communicated via morph market within the stated time scales above.
Collection/courier of any animals once paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed must be collected within 6 weeks.
Communications must remain open and consistent. If after 6 weeks and a lack of communication the animal hasn’t been collected/couriered then all monies will be forfeited to compensate loss of sale, time & cost of housing the animal. The animal will be relisted for sale
