No Animal will ship without payment in full. No Animal will be shipped at night temps below 40 degrees or 90 degrees and above.
A 20% non-refundable deposit will hold an animal for 30 days. Payment plans or paid in full due at 14 days for animals under $100, 20 day for 101 to 500, 30 days for 501 to $1000 animals over $1001 arrange for up to 60 day payment plan available. All deposits and payments are non refundable! Communication is key and I am willing to work with people but will not tolerate being taken advantage of! Please contact me for additional questions.
ALL animals will Only be shipped to the closest hub! To pick up you will need a valid ID and need to sign for your animal. Live arrival guarantee for animals picked up on time. *If you’d like the animal insured there may be an additional cost and can be discussed when shipping is arranged. All animals are shipped Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for next day delivery with Redline Shipping. ***Winter/holiday shipping will ONLY be done by Redline shipping rules and guidelines. If they have turned off live arrival guarantee or do not suggest shipping due to holiday, weather, or shipping issues. Animals will be held until it’s safe to ship again! Any issues must be reported with in 48hrs, and If for any reason your reptile is DOA, and you bought insurance pictures must be emailed to me with in the hour. Credit will be applied as store credit. No refunds after purchase
AUCTIONS: As a bidder It is your responsibility to read a sellers store policy before you place a bid which means you also agree to it. Auctions must be paid in full within 24 hours unless otherwise stated in the ad description. Auctions are flat rate shipping. Auction winners must be available to receive the snake within the following week. Discounts do not apply to auction animals. Payment must be made in full and clear before we will ship the animal. Due to the increasing complexity of genetic combos we cannot guarantee incomplete dominant genes. Temperament cannot be guaranteed. Gender is guaranteed. I ship only to fedex HUBs. I will ship to your residence but live arrival guarantee is voided. No local meet ups. Shipping only at flat rate.
Due to PayPal closing a large number of accounts due to its no animals sales policy PayPal will no longer be accepted, no exceptions. Payments accepted are Venmo friends and family, Zelle and Square invoice and signature for all major credit cards.
