Just a company started by sisters who love reptiles. Starting with Leopard and Crested Geckos but will be branching out into more in the future.
Store Policy
By purchasing an animal from us, you are agreeing to our Terms of Services:
We have the right to decline any sale when we feel that our animals will not be treated right.
Must be 18 or older, or provide parental consent.
• We accept PayPal, Square, or Cash for payment. NO CHECKS. I can also send an invoice if requested.
• All sales are final unless arrangements are made (by us) at time of purchase.
• We do take payments but all payments are non-refundable and animals must be paid in full before we ship/meet you for pickup.
• For shipments, we utilize shipping Insurance on Live Animals through ShipYourReptiles. If due to weather requirements for insurance or pricing does not work and the buyer wants to ship with a different company or outside the weather parameters for insurance through ShipYourReptiles then all risk is assumed by the buyer and animal will not be replaced if something happens in transit.
HOLD POLICY:
• We will hold animals for up to 30 days with a non-refundable deposit, 20% of listed price, applied toward purchase and the remainder due at the end of those 30 days.
• Animals are not held until 20% of price is received.
• We will hold animals, with payment in full when delivery/pickup conditions are not available.
• Deposits will be refunded if for some reason we cannot supply the animal.
• If you paid the 20% deposit or paid in full and it has been 31 days, we will not hold it anymore and the animal will be for sale again, unless due to weather changes.
• For hatchling's that are under 15g, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the baby until he/she reaches 15g. They are usually 6 weeks old when they reach 15g but can be older. The remaining balance is to be paid before the baby is shipped out.
• Sexing is not guaranteed on temperature sexed animals, or those below 25 grams. Temperature sexing and sexing of geckos below 25 grams is about 80% accurate.
• Live Arrival Guarantee. In order to utilize our live arrival guarantee you must send us a video of when you open the shipment and it must be opened within an hour of receipt (per the Fedex or Post Office receipt time).
