Store Policy
Guarantee:
All sales final and we have a zero-return policy. Although, we do have a live arrival guarantee that applies only to the state of the animal(s) once it arrives at the destination. You must be at the delivery location to accept package. If no one is available at delivery location to receive the animal upon delivery, the guarantee is void.
Payment:
We accept PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo only.
Payment plans are negotiable on an individual basis with a minimum purchase of $400 (not including shipping). Please contact us for details.
Minimum 25% deposit is required to hold animal. All deposits are non-refundable.
Once payment is received and processed, the sale is final. Refunds are only applicable under our Guarantee above.
Shipping:
Shipping is $60-80 for FedEx priority overnight shipping paid for at time of purchase. Animals can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States where the species is legal to own. The buyer is responsible to check the regulations in their receiving state, county and city prior to purchasing the animal(s). We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure a true overnight delivery for the safety of the animal. We can not be liable for any delays in shipping due to carrier issues.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
