Store Policy
Instill the weather warms up, shipping is suspended.
We guarantee live arrival. But need to be notified within a hour of pickup that the animal made it to you safe and sound. We normally ship to the nearest FedEx hub for you to pickup. If you prefer to have it shipped to your home we can't guarantee the animal. We are sorry about this but some locations are to warm or cold for the animal to sit in a truck all day. If animals are shipped over seas, we don't guarantee live arrivals.
We don't normally do payment plans. But we can take credit card payments.
If you put money down on a animal and back out of the sale and ask for a refund. 10% of the down payment or $100 what ever is larger will not be returned.
Also I don't mind taking an additional picture but I'm not going to keep taking more pictures. These are live animals that are different to take pictures of. I try to take the best pictures as possible.
