Payment methods:
We accept most common forms of payment PayPal G/S or FF, Zelle, Cash
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 25% non-refundable deposit and extend 30 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.
Shipping:
We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the, where they will be held for pickup or delivery.
If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.
Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us immediately for assistance.
Sex Guarantee- I'm only human and we try our best to be as accurate as possible. But mistakes do happen and we will correct any faults that may occur.
