All prices stated are in CAD and do not include GST and shipping.
Shipping is within Canada $75-150cad
USA shipping charges are $350 usd.
U.S. customers: Please note that importing a snake is costly and requires a c.i.t.e.s permit along with inspections at Port in addition to all shipping/handling costs our fee includes these charges.

Canada wide shipping is available at buyers expense via Reptile Express weather permitting of course. All Animals are subject to a minimum 25% non refundable deposit to hold. Payment plans not exceeding 30 days may be arranged. If not paid in full after 30 days, any money put forward will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to re sell the animal. Please contact us for more information regarding payment plans and invoicing.
No Warranty is intended or implied on the sale of used equipment including but not limited to racks, enclosures, heating devices/ thermostats.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on live animals.
Immediately upon receipt of an animal you are accepting full responsibility and duty of care for that animal/animals. we are not responsible for any accidents or negligence after you assume care of an animal.
All animals are subject to live arrival and a 7 day health guarantee. If you do not contact us with concerns immediately within 7 days of receiving an animal, or we deem you to be directly responsible for any illness, injury, or death sustained by an animal we assume no liability. Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns regarding an animal you have purchased from us.
At no time will a cash refund be applied. In some instances a full credit or comparable animal will be offered if available
