Store Policy
Payment plans:
Payment plans available on purchases $300 or greater require a 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance due no more than 30 days after initial payment. For amounts $800 and up the balance is due no more than 60 days after initial payment. All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless we cannot provide the animal you reserved. If you enter into a payment plan and are unable to fulfill your obligation, you forfeit any payments that have been made.

Prefer to use Square invoicing, CashAPP, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash.
Shipping:
Due to frequent Fed Ex delays on Monday’s right now we are temporarily only shipping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and only for pickup at your nearest Fed Ex Hub. Fed Ex is overwhelmed right now and this is the only way to guarantee the animal is safely delivered to you. In the event of an extreme hardship (hub over 30 miles away) we may make an exception but only if weather is near perfect and only at the advice of our shipping agent. In the event we do agree to a residential delivery, signature will be required for the rare residential delivery and failure to be present for the first delivery attempt will nullify all live arrival guarantees!
DOA claims must be made with pictures of the animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp noting delivery of the package for home delivery or within 2 hours of the Fed Ex timestamp noting pickup for Hub deliveries. DOA's are extremely rare and we take every available precaution to deliver you a healthy well packaged animal!
Shipping is weather dependent and may vary on holidays and other special circumstances. We only ship for home delivery when temps are no higher than 90 and no lower than 40 degrees here, at the connecting hub as well as the destination Hub.
Sex, 100% Hets and health at arrival are always guaranteed and all animals come with an Information Sheet that includes weight, genetics, feedings, and information on both parent animals.
Local pickups can be arranged, just let us know. All sales are final!
