Please know your local laws, as we will not ship anything if we know that the species is illegal in your state.
If you Ask for Additional Pics:
People who ask for additional pics are usually scammers trying to steal people's money by using pictures to sell animals they do not have. A $5.00 per picture nonrefundable deposit will be required when this is requested. All deposit money would go toward the purchase of the animal if you chose to make a purchase.
Live arrival / Guarantee:
We will Guarantee that when we ship the animal it will be alive and healthy. We cannot cover any mishandling / Delays that result in DOA done by the shipping company. I would recommend purchasing the insurance through the shipping company. We will only ship to the closest hub when the temps are between 45f - 85f degrees on both ends. All animals must be picked up and any issues reported within 2hours of arrival at the Fed Ex hub.
We cannot offer any guarantee after the arrival as we have no control over the environment that they will go to once they leave our care. We encourage all buyers to fully research the care requirements of their purchased animal before the animal arrives.
In the event of a replacement being needed, we do not cover the shipping cost either way. Shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. We do not offer credits or refunds on shipping for returns or replacement animals.
Layaway:
We require half down and 30 days to pay off the rest of the animal. Any animal not paid off within the 30 days will have an $8.00 per day boarding / feeding fee attached. Any animal not paid off within 45 days forfeits whatever money has been paid and the animal will be placed back on sale.
All deposits to hold animals are nonrefundable.
DOA's:
If an animal is dead upon arrival the customer must notify us within 1 hour of receipt. The arrival time will be determined by the tracking information provided online. If the animal is not picked up within the 2-hour window all DOA claims are null and void. An email or text with a photo attached of the actual animal must be sent within 2 hours of arrival.
We are not responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer. If you take any animal to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
