About
We are a hobby breeder based out of Bettendorf IA. We take pride in quality animals and sharing our love for Ball Pythons. Still relatively new to the breeding world, we take pride in our care for our animals, and the excitement each new animal and clutch brings. We want to make sure our customers get the customer service we would like our families to receive, and the quality of snakes to match! We are happy to communicate and send as many pictures as you may require to make sure you are happy with the animal you are looking to purchase. We can understand hesitation in purchasing from a new breeder / profile, and we appreciate your trust in us.

Live Arrival Guarantee: All our animals are packaged for safe, live delivery with a heat pack or cool pack as necessary via Fed-Ex next day delivery. All animals are guaranteed live arrival for on time shipments. Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to Fed-Ex at time of receipt and then immediately to us. If there is a problem with shipping and O Balls is not notified within an hour of the recorded pick up time the live arrival guarantee will be void. In the event of a DOA, the animal must be preserved, and we reserve the right to request video proof or to have the animal shipped back before issuing a refund.
We do accept PayPal, Venmo, and cash in person. We do accept payment plans contact us for more information. All payment plans require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Animals will be shipped after complete payment has been received.
All of our ball pythons are feeding at the time of sale. The babies we sell are very well started. We feed appropriately sized live and frozen/thawed rodents here. If you have problems getting your new snake to feed, please get in touch with us so we can help you.
Spider “wobble”:
It is widely known in the hobby today that most ball pythons with the spider gene may have a head wobble. In our experience, snakes with this wobble do not have any feeding or breeding issues. A wobble can be present at the time of hatching or develop as the snake grows. A “wobble” does not qualify as a health problem in our health guarantee.
Sex Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. If there is any problems or not 100% satisfied with the purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival.
