At Ophidians By Design, our passion is producing quality animals to be loved by generations.
We are proud of the animals we produce and are committed to providing the very best in quality and genetics. We specialize in designer ball pythons, geckos, and colubrids, however we work with various species of boa constrictors, pythons, and lizards as well. You never know what you're going to find at Ophidians By Design.

Store Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO LIVE ANIMAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA
A credit card Processing rate of 3.0% will be applied to all credit transactions. Debit, EMT and cash payments are exempt from additional processing fees.
For security reasons we do not accept credit card payments over the phone. If you wish to make a payment by card you may do so in person, via invoice (please ask for assistance) or directly on our website.
Canada wide shipping is available at buyers expense via Reptile Runner weather permitting of course. All Animals are subject to a minimum 25% non refundable deposit to hold or $150 whichever is greater.
Payment plans not exceeding 30 days may be arranged. If not paid in full after 30 days, any payments applied to that invoice will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to re sell the animal.

No Warranty is intended or implied on the sale of used equipment including but not limited to racks, enclosures, heating devices/ thermostats.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds unless a concrete error is made on our part (accidental charge) or during the shipping process. If a refund is necessary, we reserve the right to withhold 25% or $150 whichever is greater.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on live animals
Live Arrival Guarantee
In the event an animal is lost and never recovered, becomes ill due to conditions in transport, or succumbs from an illness or injury sustained in shipping (proof of all of the above is required) we guarantee either a replacement of equal value or store credit. Store credit cannot be transferred to another individual.
Abandoned Merchandise
We will only hold items and animals that have been purchased for a maximum of 60 days after the date of purchase or the last payment date. If arrangements have not been made to pick up items or animals within the 60 day timeframe we reserve the right to re sell or re acquire the inventory. Absolutely no refunds will be intended or implied on any abandoned purchases.
Immediately upon receipt of an animal you are accepting full responsibility and duty of care for that animal/animals. we are not responsible for any accidents or negligence after you assume care of an animal.
All animals are subject to live arrival and a 7 day health guarantee. If you do not contact us with concerns immediately within 7 days of receiving an animal, or we deem you to be directly responsible for any illness, injury, or death sustained by an animal we assume no liability. Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns regarding an animal you have purchased from us.
