Store Policy
In purchasing an animal from Paintbrushed Exotics, you are hereby agreeing to the terms of sale within:
1. All purchases are to be made in full before receiving said purchase. Payment plans must be paid within 30-days, with a non-refundable/non-transferrable 25% deposit to hold the animal, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. All animals sold will be healthy and feeding on an approved diet, i.e. Pangea, Repashy, etc. Failure to feed the proper diet resulting in the loss of your animal will be of no fault of Paintbrushed Exotics and will void any health guarantees. It will be your responsibility to learn proper care and husbandry of your animal.
3. Sex and genetics of animals will be disclosed but no guarantees made if not declared 100% to be sure.
4. Shipping will be done through overnight FED-EX and expected arrival for most shipments should be by 10:30 am the day after shipment. Shipments may be also held at the HUB at the request of buyer or due to other circumstances. Please be present to accept your package, failure to receive your package will void any guarantees. Make sure to furnish Paintbrushed Exotics your correct address so as there may be no delays in receiving your purchase. Always confirm the safe arrival of your shipment with us.
5. In the unlikely event you happen to receive an animal dead on arrival it is your responsibility to alert Paintbrushed Exotics immediately. Retain the animal and send pictures as soon as possible so that we can verify what happened. Credit or refund may be offered depending on your situation.
6. Any imperfections, i.e. tail drops, will be disclosed prior to shipment. If an animal drops it's tail in transit, no refund will be offered as this can be a factor through the stress of shipping and a risk you're taking.
7. All sales are final. Buyer's remorse or failure to accept your delivery will not result in a refund. You must be 18 years-old or older to purchase.
