Store Policy
Payment: Cash, Money Orders, Personal Check, Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal, CashApp accepted.
Payment Plans: $500.00 + qualifies for a 30 day hold. $1000.00+ qualifies for 60 day hold.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to start the plan and payment in full is required by the agreed upon plan ending date. Anything outside of these terms terminates the payment plan.
Shipping: I ship FedEx Priority Overnight Mon.-Wed. I reserve the right to ship when I deem it is the safest for the animal. Temperatures must not be below 32 or above 90 on both ends. Shipping fees usually range between $40.00 - $65.00 depending on location weight ect.. Purchases of $1000.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Guarantee: Because of the complexity of ball python combos, I can not 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominate (co-dom) genes in my animals. Recessive / Heterozygous genes and correct gender are always guaranteed.
Health: all of my animals are guaranteed be 100% healthy upon delivery. Be advised the health/live arrival guarantee is contingent upon the buyer being home to receive the snake on the first delivery attempt or picking up the snake from the hub within 8 hours of the arrival time.
