We are a husband & wife duo who focus on creating beautiful, living works of art. Being an artist & having a love of science allows us to blend the two worlds together. Our goal is to create exceptional combos & share these awesome animals with you. We are more than happy to help in any way we can & answer any questions you may have. Store Policy
We accept payment through Venmo orPayPal f&f. Payment plans are available for animals that are priced $500 & over. A 25% non-refundable deposit & the balance must be paid in full within 45 days of initial deposit.
We only ship hub to hub; Mon - Wed. during the Covid-19 pandemic. Shipping is done through FedEx & shipping cost is determined by location.
We guarantee to ship healthy, quality animals. However, because these are live animals & sometimes unforseen things can happen; if you receive an animal that is DOA, send us a picture within 4hrs of arrival & we will fully refund the cost or provide you with a replacement of equal value. We may ask that you ship the animal back to us to determine the COD before issuing a refund. We will not refund for accidental death due to the fault of the purchaser. Please be sure of your transportation/temporary housing in advance of purchase. The customer must pay shipping costs or transportation costs if they choose to return an animal.
