PAYMENT METHODS:
PetroGenetics accepts the following forms of payments: Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Square, Credit/Debit, After Pay, Wires, Apple Pay and Money Orders. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Buyer will be responsible for the fees associated with Credit Card Payments & Any Payments being sent as Goods & Services/After Pay.
PAYMENT PLANS:
1: These are offered on a case by case basis. We require a 25% non refundable deposit to initiate a payment plan. After the deposit has been received the remaining balance will be due within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan that is specific to the animal or animals of your choice. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.
HEALTH GUARANTEED:
1: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
2: Refund or Replacement- If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for full refund or replacement.
3: Seller does not guarantee the animal will eat immediately after shipping. We advise to wait 7-10 days after your animal arrives before feeding.
SALES & SHIPPING GUARANTEE:
1: All Animals are Shipped via MorphMarket through FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping.
Package held for pickup at FedEx facility most convenient for buyer- (SAFEST Option).
3: Animals are guaranteed to arrive to the buyer alive and in good health condition.
4: Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5: Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 48 Hours, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6: Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7: Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8: If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9: Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
10: Flat Rate Shipping listed within the Ad
GENETICS GUARANTEE:
1. Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes are not 100% Guaranteed.
PetroGenetics identifies multi-genes animals using a theoretical ID. Due to the complexity of multi gene identification all customers are encouraged to confirm with PetroGenetics about specific Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) traits before making a purchase.
2. Recessive / Heterozygous Genetics & Gender are 100% Guaranteed.
ADDITIONAL PICTURE REQUEST:
(OLDER ADS) = (Greater than 4 months since last update)
1: We strive to keep our listings updated with accurate and recent photos that represent the animal perfectly. While I am happy to provide additional images upon request, updated photos will only be provided to serious buyers with an intent to purchase the animal.
(RECENT ADS) - (Less than 4 months since last update)
2: If requesting an updated photo on a recent ad, please specify the reason why you are requesting a new pic. We will not respond to single message inquiries such as "Additional pic ?" / "Can I see new photos ?"...etc
GENERAL WEIGHT GUIDELINE: - (Please follow our general weight guideline below)
(BOTH SEXES) - Hatchling/Baby: 100–400 Grams
(MALES) -
Subadult: 401–699 Grams
Adult: 700–1,500+ Grams
(FEMALES)
Subadult: 401-999 Grams
Adult Female: 1,000–3,000+ Grams
1: We do not weigh Babies/Hatchlings, as their weight is constantly changing & we have found it really isn't necessary to get an exact weight. All animals advertised as Hatchlings/babies will weigh roughly 100-400 Grams.
2: We will be happy to get an updated weight on any Subadult & Adult listings.
3: If you are looking for a specific weight for a hatchling please specify the weight you are wanting & the reason why. We will not respond to single message inquiries on Hatchling ads such as
"Exact weight ?"
FEEDING:
1: All animals are eating once per week on live rats. (unless otherwise specified within the ad)
2: If you prefer to feed frozen thawed or mice no problem! We have found great success with babies transitioning over to Frozen Thawed & Mice.
AUCTIONS:
1: Straight pay only. No payment plans! (unless specified otherwise within the ad)
