Store Policy
Payment Plans: We do accept payment plans on snakes over $1000. We require at least 20% down (non-refundable) and to have it paid off in 60 days or less. If the 60 days is up and animal is not paid for all payments will be forfeited!!! Please do not enter into a payment plan with out fully understanding the requirements and being fully committed to see the deal through!
Shipping and refund policy: We require confirmation with in 2 hrs of the snake arrival that snake is 100% healthy. If any concerns of health need to be made within 24hrs of arrival. After that buyer assumes all responsibility and no refunds can be issued. If for some untold reason the snake shows up deceased then we will need confirmation pictures of the deceased snake with in 2hrs of arrival to have a refund or replacement issued.
Enclosure policy: Please know what you are getting and have the proper enclosure for the animal. We suggest pvc enclosures with sliding front doors with a lock. We will not sell a snake if it's going to be kept in an aquarium or any other enclosure not suitable for the animal. In no way will we take responsibility if it was in that type of enclosure and gets sick or dies.
