We are one of the founding operations in South Florida. Known as the Reptile Store or Wild Cargo Pets, we have a long history of servicing customers and stand by our animals. All animals healthy upon shipping so make sure to ask questions before you buy. We will provide video or pictures of requested as soon as humanly possible. We have our store located at 310 South Military Trail in West Palm Beach where you can find us still family owned, operated and argued over! Whether the Animal is shipped or not, due to holds on shipping company policy or anything outside of our control we retain money paid and if there is an issue on our end we will issue a credit for future purchase within 90 days. After 90 days all monies spent are final and non transferable . We offer live arrival insurance based upon shipping companies insurance availability as it is not our insurance you're insured through. Upon our sole discretion, we can extend store credit, but decisions for purchase and monies spent in any transaction(s) are final. Your inability to understand this does not void policy and if you need explanation of any policy it is your sole responsibility to ask or seek advice as to understanding our store policy.

* Wild Cargo Pets/Prehistoric Preserve will only set up payment plans on values of $2,000.00 or more. This is not available under the $2,000.00 dollar value. Upon terms agreed by both parties, payment in full is due within 90 days. At 90 days if not paid in full, the item will be placed for sale again and all monies paid will be forfitted and there will be no refund or credit.

* Wild Cargo Pets ships on Days approved by Ship Your Reptiles only, excluding holidays. ( Usually Tuesday and Wednesday)

* Wild Cargo Pets ships to Ship Centers/hubs only for guaranteed live arrival upon pick up, which is notated via tracking label information. We will ship to your desired location but live arrival is only guaranteed to a staffed pick up center/hub.

* Wild Cargo Pets does not guarantee live arrival on invertebrates or amphibians. It is your responsibility to understand what species are invertebrates and amphibians.

* Wild Cargo Pets has a no refund policy for orders. However we do offer store credit when approved.

* Wild Cargo Pets will do their best to sex your animal using our experience but we cannot guarantee the sex on any animal unless otherwise specified.

* Live and visibly healthy arrival is only guaranteed when shipping temperatures at both ends are between 35F° – 99F° for having the animal shipped to a FedEx Customer Center for pick up. We will still guarantee the animal if you opt to have the package held at a FedEx Customer Center for pick up however the animal must be picked up within 1 hour of arrival at the FedEx Customer Center or all guarantees are void. Otherwise, we can hold the animal(s) at our facility until temperatures are safe for shipping.

* We are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling resulting in DOA (dead on arrival) animals.

* All animals have a live and healthy arrival guarantee. We cannot offer any guarantee after the arrival due to conditions that are completely out of our control.

* We cannot be held responsible for shipping charges incurred for upholding our guarantee; they are the responsibility of you, the buyer. WE DO NOT OFFER CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING ON REPLACEMENT ANIMALS.

* If the animal(s) is dead or not visibly healthy upon arrival the customer must notify Wild Cargo Pets of the deceased or unhealthy animal immediately upon receiving the animal(s). The arrival time will be determined by the tracking information FedEx provides online of the delivery. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be emailed within one hour of arrival or all guarantees are null and void. The 1 hour time frame is within the same 1 hour time frame you have to receive the shipment once documented "arrived" at the final FedEx receiving facility.

* We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer, for any reason. Sorry, no sales to minors. Proof of age may be required at our discretion.

* Wild Cargo Pets is not responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer for any animal. If you take any animal to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.

* Photos and requests: The animals pictured on our web site may or may not be the actual animal available. The photos do represent the species, and the health and quality of the animals we ship. We can send more pictures of any animal you are interested in by contacting us. The animals posted on MorphMarket.com are the actual animal you are purchasing unless otherwise notated. We will gladly send you an emailed picture of the actual animal you are purchasing if necessary.

* Photos, descriptions and care sheets posted on our web site are the exclusive property of Wild Cargo Pets, and may not be used or reused without our specific, written permission.

* In accordance with FDA regulations, turtles and tortoises less than 4 inches listed on our web site are offered expressly for educational, scientific or exhibition purposes only. They are not sold for use as pets. We encourage you to buy adequate UVB & heat sources for your reptiles to ensure health & long life. Turtles specifically will die without UVB and heat. Other reptiles will also. It is not our job to inform you what animal husbandry methods are best for keeping your animals alive, although we will do so upon request. We do have a YouTube with video care tutorials on most common purchases. PLEASE RESEACH YOUR ANIMALS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE!!!

* Please be aware of your own local wildlife laws and regulations. No shipments will be knowingly sent in violation of any state or federal laws. If you ask us to break the law, you will be permanently banned from the current and future transactions.


*Wild Cargo Pets reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
