Store Policy
SHIPPING:
I ship priority overnight Mon – Wed through SYR weather permitting. If the weather is not cooperating, I will provide feed and care for the reptile at no extra charge to you, until it is safe to ship. You must be 18+ years of age to order online from me.
PAYMENT PLANS:
I will gladly arrange payment plans up to 90 days depending on the sale amount.
Animals purchased on payment plans will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full. If you fault on a payment plan (this includes "changing your mind") the money paid minus the deposit will be refunded. Any deposits made can be transferred to credit towards any other reptiles for sale. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss your payment plan options further.
GUARANTEE:
All reptiles are 100% guaranteed for live arrival, and sex.
DISCOUNTS & TRADES:
I am open to reasonable offers and will discount multiple snakes.
*All veterans or active duty military will be given a 15% discount on all animals I have produced. You must present a military ID or DD-214 as proof of military service.
