Store Policy
At Project Tarantula, the well-being of our animals and the satisfaction of our customers are our top priorities. To ensure the smoothest possible transition for each animal, we prefer to handle transactions in person whenever possible. However, for those unable to meet in person, we offer shipping with the option to pick up your animal at your local FedEx Ship Center. This approach minimizes the time spent in transit, reducing stress on the animal and ensuring they arrive safely and promptly.
We accept payment methods including cash, bank transfers, and mobile payment platforms such as Venmo, Cashapp, and PayPal.
