Store Policy
A non refundable deposit of 20% must be paid to secure any animal and the remaining paid in full at the agreed time before collection with a maximum period of 8 weeks.
We normally have a table at the IHS shows in UK where you can collect your snake if need be, or we can arrange a courier at buyer's cost. Also local pick up available.
We take great care ensuring all our animals are in perfect health and Condition before leaving us, however if a defra reptile courier is used we fully expect you to quarantine your animal for at least 8wks to ensure no mites have been passed to this animal during transit. We can guarantee 💯 no mites our end.
