SHIPPING: Continental US only. Tuesday & Wednesday as recommend by FedEx and reptilesexpress.com for shipping live reptiles.

-Live arrival guarantee for FedEx hubs deliverys only. That means your animal will be delivered to your nearest FedEx shipping hub and you must promptly pick it up the morning it arrives.
-Photos must be available for claims and documentation. Claims must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE!
I absolutely guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly (No Later than 10:30 the morning of arrival). If for some unfortunate reason you receive a dead on arrival animal it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to provide us with photographic proof the animal is dead. You may be asked to ship the body back to us so that a Necropsies can be done in order to fulfill your live arrival guarantee. Please contact us within the hour to let us know of the d.o.a. so that your live arrival guarantee is not void. In the event of a d.o.a. if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund will be issued including the shipping.
TO YOUR DOOR SHIPMENTS- It is the buyers responsibility to be present to receive the package or designate somebody to be present to receive the package once a shipping date has been agreed upon. I DO NOT guarantee live arrival on shipments to you door. Live arrival guarantee is only when delivered to your nearest FedEx hub and you must pickup within 3 hours.
TO YOUR LOCAL FedEx HUB SHIPMENTS- (preferred)
It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am so live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within 3 hours of being available for pickup at the hub, unless stated otherwise.
PAYMENT PLANS:
We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you can not pay in full right now.
Payment plans typically require a 25% non refundable deposit. We do not hold animals without a deposit.
*under $500 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 2 weeks
*$500-$750 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 30days
-the remaining balance will be split in half and will be due in 2 equal payments. The first at the 2 week mark and the second on or before the 30day mark.
*$751-$1000 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 45days
-the remaining balance will be split in 3 and will be due in 3 equal payments. The 1st payment due at the 2 week mark, the 2nd due at the 4 week mark, and the 3rd due on or before the 45day mark.
*over $1000 = 25% deposit and the balance paid off in 60days
-the remaining balance will be split into 4 and will be due in 4 equal payments. The 1st payment due at the 2 week mark, the 2nd due at the 4 week mark, the 3rd due on the 6 week mark, and the 4th due on or before the 60day mark.
Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the 25% non refundable deposit and any money on the balance after the 25% will go towards credit on a future purchase. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.

TRADES
Sometimes trades or partial trades will be considered. Do not hesitate to make a trade offer. The worst I can say is no or make a counter offer. In the event a trade is agreed upon it is the buyers responsibility to ship the animals first. Upon their safe arrival and inspection that the animals are healthy and as described, I will then ship the animals that the buyer was trading for. It is not expected to ship animals before receiving cash and I am not willing to take the risk just because it is a trade instead of cash deal
All sales and trades are finale no refunds.
