TERMS OF SERVICE/ SALES/ SHIPPING
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly and animals shipped to your door are received on the first delivery attempt. If for some unfortunate reason you receive a D.O.A (dead-on arrival) animal, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. It is your responsibility to provide us with photographic proof the animal is dead. If you need time to get a camera or charge your phone to take a picture etc. Please contact us within the hour to let us know of the D.O.A. so that your live arrival guarantee is not voided. In the event of a D.O.A. if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund will be issued including the shipping.
TO YOUR DOOR SHIPMENTS- It is the buyer’s responsibility to be present to receive the package or designate somebody to be present to receive the package once a shipping date has been agreed upon. We do not guarantee live arrival on shipments to your door under extreme weather conditions, under 40 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit, unless stated otherwise. Live arrival guarantee is voided on shipments not received on the first delivery attempt.
TO YOUR LOCAL HUB SHIPMENTS- It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am so live arrival guarantee is voided on any packages not picked up within 4 hours of being available for pickup at the hub, unless stated otherwise.
PROPERLY SEXED GUARANTEE
We guarantee that any animal sold have been properly sexed. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed we will be glad to provide a shipping label to return the animal. Upon arriving alive and healthy back at our facility and being proven incorrectly sexed a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If an acceptable replacement is not available, then a full refund shall be issued.
PAYMENT PLANS
We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you cannot pay in full right now.
Payment plans typically require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. We do not hold animals without a deposit.
Animals Less than $350 require a 50% nonrefundable deposit and the balance paid in full in 2 weeks or less.
$351-$1000 = 30% nonrefundable deposit and the balance paid off in 30-45 days or less.
$1000-$2000 = 25% nonrefundable deposit and the balance paid off in 30-60 days or less.
over $2000 = 25% nonrefundable deposit. Payment terms and timeline will be established at time of purchase.
Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the 25% nonrefundable deposit and any money applied on the balance after. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.

TRADES
Sometimes trades or partial trades will be considered. Do not hesitate to make a trade offer. The worst I can say is no or make a counteroffer. In the event a trade is agreed upon it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship the animals first. Upon their safe arrival and inspection that the animals are healthy and as described, we will then ship the animals that are agreed upon in the trade.
