Store Policy

We guarantee our animals to be healthy, correctly sexed, accurately represented, and feeding. We can't guarantee genetics because of the complexity and variability of multi-gene animals, but we take pride in doing our best to accurately identify the traits. All hatchlings with recessive traits produced by us are guaranteed. All hatchlings are captive born and produced by myself unless otherwise noted. All hatchlings are in good health and fed at least 3 to 4 meals before being sold. Gender is double checked before listing and shipping, but any discrepancies with the gender of your snake must reported within 7 days of delivery. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured upon delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), we will make arrangements with the buyer to return the animal for a full refund if requested. Claim Period is 2 hours after delivery and the animal must be shipped back on the next possible business day.

Buyer will pay actual shipping cost unless specified by seller for alternative payment. Shipping rates vary from city to city and depend on on the size/quantity of animals purchased. Please contact us with your zip code for a quote. Domestic shipments are shipped using FedEx Priority overnight service delivered to your local hub or to your door. We do not ship until we speak with the customer to arrange a day and location to ship to. We ship Tues-Weds for delivery Weds-Thurs. we do not like to ship Mon or Thu due to the possibility of delays. Please be present to receive your package. Any issues with the animal must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.

Live arrival is guaranteed/reimbursed in the form of store credit and is only applicable to animals shipped to the FedEx hub for pickup. Ship Your Reptiles doesn't offer insurance for packages delivered to your home and we follow the same practice. Animals must be picked up within 2 hours of the hub opening or else the live arrival guarantee is void. It is the buyer's responsibility to supply us with the correct shipping address to send the animal to, and the buyer must be available to receive the package upon delivery. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause delivery delays will terminate our live arrival guarantee. If animals are left at the hub for longer than 2 hours after the hub opening, the live arrival guarantee will be void. We are not responsible for carrier delays or faults. Any DOA claims must be accompanied with video proof of DOA during the snakes un-boxing.

Animals are NOT on hold or sold to you until payment has been received. Stating your intention to buy does not hold a place in line. The 1st person to send in a payment is the "buyer".

We do not ship animals when the temperature is under 40 or over 90 degrees (F).

Any animal over $700 can be setup on a payment plan and held with a non-refundable 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days from deposit. Discounts are not given with payment plans.

We accept PayPal, Venmo and ApplePay as forms of payment.
