Store Policy

Store Policy Please read!

SHIPPING

We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
We reserve the right to postpone shipping if shipping conditions are not in the best interest of the snake(s). (IE things like weather delays from either our location or yours). We will keep you notified of all delays. 

Note:
We generally do not ship from OCT 15th until Spring (Early to mid April) due to the winter season and generally non favorable temperatures. 
Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis as needed.
Any purchases made during this time will be marked as “On hold” until such time that it is safe to proceed with shipping.

We only Ship Priority overnight directly to FedEx Hubs/Shipping Center locations with delivery windows generally between 8 AM and Noon.

You must pick up the package within 1 hour of notice that package is ready for pickup. (This starts based on the listed Hours of operation for the Hub/Shipping center… I.E if the package is marked as available for pickup at 8 AM but the location does not open until 9 AM. Your 1-hour window to pick up starts at 9 AM and must be picked up by 10 AM) (Please make sure to plan delivery accordingly).

**NOTE** SHIPPMENTS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THE FIRST 4 HOURS OF THE HUB’S PUBLIC HOURS WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFIT AND WE WILL BEGIN THE PROCESS OF HAVING THE PACKAGE RETURNED TO US. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OF ANY AMOUNTS PAID AND THIS PROCESS CANNOT BE REVERSED ONCE STARTED. IF YOU NEED TO SET A SPECIFIC TIME PERIOD TO PICK UP YOUR PURCHASE AFTER THIS TIME PERIOD YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE. WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS BUT OUR FIRST PRIORITY IS THE SAFTY AND WELL BEING OF THE ANIMALS.

(Delivery exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. This is at the buyer's risk and voids all live animal guarantees).

Per FedEx policy, Photo ID will be required to pick up your package, & only by the Named person on the Package.
We will not make any address or name changes once package has been shipped. You will be provided the opportunity to verify all information is correct prior to shipping.

We only allow 1 delivery attempt or 8-24 hours at final destination hub/ship center before we recall packages outside of extenuating circumstances. As stated above, any failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or failure to pick and result in the package being returned will constitute surrender and no refunds will be issued.

YOU MUST MAKE PLANS IN ACCORDANCE TO MAKE SURE YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR ANIMAL ON THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DAY.

We generally do not ship inside the state of NY. We will do our best to arrange a meet up or make an in-person delivery. We may charge a Delivery Fee for this service depending on distance/location.
We currently do not process deliveries and in most cases sales, to the NYC area due to the various bans and regulations of reptiles. If you live in that area, you must arrange for travel to us to pick locally.

Please make sure to discuss with us in advance if you have any concerns or questions regarding our shipping policy.

Payment Plans:


We do offer a 60-day Payment option for purchases of $400 or more not including shipping with a 50% nonrefundable deposit of the total before shipping. Payment plans are not available on animals listed on sale at a discounted rate, Wholesale or for acceptable reasonable offers. This includes direct Morph Market sales or those that may be offered outside of Morph Market.

The balance + shipping to be paid by the end of the arranged payment date. Please note that any payments made beyond the deposit are also nonrefundable should the payment agreement default. We will, however, refund any additional payments beyond the 50% deposit should you wish to cancel your purchase prior to the end of the agreement date.

Payment arrangement terms may be adjusted on a per sale basis and may be extended beyond the 60-day period as agreed upon. We generally offer extended payment periods during our non-shipping season.



We reserve the right to cancel any payment plan at our desecration and will issue a full refund of all money received accordingly. 



Regarding refunds: We will issue all refunds based on the original payment method or via Zelle at our discretion.

*All checks and money orders are subject to a clearing period of 7 to 14 days before shipping will be scheduled.

** Credit cards are only accepted on a case-by-case basis and are generally reserved for in person and business purchases. Deposit’s will not be accepted using this payment method under any circumstance. Also note that all card payments may be subject to a processing fee & NY State sales tax where applicable. Card holder will also be required to supply valid ID as part of the payment process. All orders that are paid with credit cards will be subject to shipping hold of at least 1 week.

Holds:

We will only mark an animal on “Hold” once we have received a cleared payment or deposit.
We will issue a “Soft Hold” of 4 hours once an invoice has been generated or offer has been accepted and await payment as a courtesy. If payment has not been received after this time we may retract the invoice/offer and respond to any other inquiries.


TRADES

We generally do not accept trades but in the event a trade agreement does happen these are the terms.



Both parties will agree to cover respective shipping cost of the animal(s) that are part of the trade agreement.



The buyer will be required to follow our standards of practice regarding proper shipping including Hub to Hub/ship center and all packaging requirements and guidelines. 



The buyer will ship their animal(s) to us first and upon receipt they will be inspected accordingly. If we determine that the health of the animal(s) are not ideal, DOA, and/or we encounter any other issues the Trade will become void and the buyer will be responsible to pay for or provide a label for return shipping accordingly. We will convey any and all issues via video/photo accordingly within the first hour of receipt of the package.

Otherwise, if the animal(s) are determined to be in good health we will commence with shipping out the agreed upon animal(s) to you accordingly based on our standard shipping windows.

GUARENTEES:

All our guarantees are based on the 1-hour time period after your package is available for pickup(And the location is actually open to customers). It does not start when you “sign for the package” so please make sure to schedule and plan accordingly to be available to pick up your animal(s) from the delivery hub.
IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES THAT ARRISE THAT MAY DELAY PICKUP PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP VIA THE MESSAGING SYSTEM OR BY TEXT. WE MAY EXTEND THIS WINDOW ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. 



All Live animal guarantees must be documented and reported within this 1-hour period. We suggest to all our customers to record your unboxing. For DOA claims, documentation must include both photos and video. Depending on the circumstances we may also reach out via FaceTime. 



Also note that all other issues including, wrong animal received, wrong gender, health concerns etc., must be addressed during this 1-hour window. So, if you have ANY issues please do not delay and reach out to us immediately.

To maintain accuracy to the best of our ability we do record our boxing process and are happy to provide this upon request.

We only guarantee 100% HET’s, all other genetics, hets, poss hets etc are listed based on paring and are not guaranteed.



RETURNS

Generally, we do not take returns, however, if a return is approved, return shipping will be the buyers’ responsibility unless otherwise noted. Buyer must follow our shipping guidelines, using proper packaging, labeling & use an authorized Shipping provider. If any animal is received in poor health or there is failure to follow the proper shipping guidelines, we will not issue any refunds.



Under no circumstance will we ever request or require you to return an animal that has passed during shipping.

At our discretion we may ask to verify your identity, shipping information, enclosure setup etc. This may be done via a Video call or a request to supply photos of your Valid State issued ID and/or passport or other information as necessary to protect you as the buyer, us as the seller & for the health of our animals.

We reserve the right at any time during the sales process to cancel or otherwise refuse a sale/trade at our discretion without providing any reason. Should this happen will issue refunds accordingly.

Wholesale Policy

WHOLESALE POLICY

No Payment Plans or Special Shipping rates apply to wholesale orders. Shipping will be determined based on the finalized purchase.

For wholesale purchases in the state of NY we will require a Sales Tax exemption certificate otherwise your purchase will be subject to NY State Sales taxes.

Wholesale pricing is only available for listings that have a wholesale price marked & you must meet minimum order requirements of at least 5 animals or $1000 to qualify for wholesale pricing.

To quickly identify the listings that you are interested in for a wholesale order please submit an inquiry on each listing so we can track them accordingly.

To note, we process retail inquiries first, which means that some animals may become unavailable before your order is finalized so it’s best to submit your inquiries as quickly as you can. We will notify you of any availability changes before finalizing any order and you are always welcome to reach out to us in advance to see if we have any inquiries on any listings that you may be interested in. You can reach out to us via our contact form on our website, via Facebook or Instagram prior to placing your order to ask any questions.

Because we take pride in the animals that we produce we also ask that you provide your customers at the time of sale, our contact information, as the breeder, so that if they have any questions, or if they would like detailed records, they are able to reach out to us to provide additional information.
