About PythonsPlug, we are a relatively new , started in 2019, but it does not stop us from a very fast development and gaining experience, it also gives us a fresh look at the hobby and future breeding projects. Payment methods:
We accept wire transfers, cash and blik payment. Payments are not refundable.
Payment plans:
Offered on an individual basis. Our typical plans start with a 30% deposit and require payment of the full balance within 30 days. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Health Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed to arrive safe and healthy.
Sales/Shipping Guarantee:
(1) If the seller backs out of a contract against which the buyer has paid money, the seller is obligated to refund 100% of the money, including any portion marked as non-refundable.
(2) If a buyer who has transferred money to the seller and has not yet received the animal does not receive a response for 14 days or more from the seller, the seller may lose all rights to any non-refundable portion and owes the buyer 100% refund if/when they ask for it.
(3) We guarantee that all animals available from us are healthy before and after arrival to their new owner.
4) We guarantee that the animal delivered is exactly the one shown in the ad.
5.We guarantee the gender of the delivered animal. However, in case of a mistake, the complaint period is 7 days, please carefully check the gender of the purchased pet after the arrival.
6) We guarantee that the maximum margin of error in weight does not exceed 20% of the total weight listed in the ad.
7.We guarantee that the shipped animal is healthy and the correct shipping conditions are provided. However, we are not responsible for the too late pick up of the pet by the buyer.
8) If the animal turns out to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery, which the buyer proved (with photos and videos if necessary), the seller is responsible for a refund or replacement.
9.The seller is not responsible for the temperament of the animals.
Genetic guarantee
1.Due to the increasing complexity of combinations of ball pythons, we cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals, but we try to be as efficient as possible and in case of uncertainty we consult it with other experienced breeders.
2. recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) is always fully guaranteed.
3. gender is fully guaranteed.

Gwarancja sprzedaży / wysyłki:
1. Jeśli sprzedający wycofa się z umowy, wobec której kupujący wpłacił pieniądze, sprzedający jest zobowiązany do zwrotu 100% pieniędzy, w tym dowolnej części oznaczonej jako bezzwrotna.
2. Jeżeli kupujący, który przekazał sprzedającemu pieniądze i jeszcze nie otrzymał zwierzęcia, nie otrzyma odpowiedzi przez 14 dni lub dłużej od sprzedającego, sprzedający może utracić wszelkie prawa do wszelkich niepodlegających zwrotowi części i jest winien Kupującemu 100% zwrotu pieniędzy, jeśli/kiedy proszą o to.

5. Gwarantujemy płeć dostarczanego zwierzęcia. Jednak w przypadku pomyłki okres składania reklamacji wynosi 7 dni, prosimy o dokładne sprawdzenie płci zakupionego zwierzaka po przyjeździe.
6. Gwarantujemy, że maksymalny margines błędu wagi nie przekracza 20% wagi całkowitej podanej w ogłoszeniu.
7. Gwarantujemy, że wysłane zwierzę jest zdrowe oraz zapewnione są mu poprawne warunki wysyłki. Nie ponosimy jednak konsekwencji za zbyt późne odebranie zwierzaka przez kupującego.
8. Jeśli zwierzę okaże się chore lub zranione w ciągu 24 godzin od dostawy, co Kupujący udowodnił (w razie potrzeby ze zdjęciami i filmami), sprzedawca jest odpowiedzialny za zwrot pieniędzy lub wymianę.
9. Sprzedawca nie odpowiada za temperament zwierząt.
Gwarancja genetyczna
1. Ze względu na rosnącą złożoność kombinacji pytonów królewskich nie możemy w 100% zagwarantować dokładności niekompletnych dominujących (kodomów) genów u naszych zwierząt, jednak staramy się być jak najbardziej skuteczni a w razie niepewności konsultujemy się z innymi doświadczonymi hodowcami w kraju i za granicą.
2. Genetyka recesywna (homozygotyczna i heterozygotyczna) jest zawsze w pełni gwarantowana.
3. Płeć jest w pełni gwarantowana.
